Shan Tuyet tea is harvested from ancient tea trees that grow naturally on the high mountains of Ky Son (Nghe An), where the altitude is over 1,400m, the climate is cool all year round, covered in fog, creating ideal conditions for the tea to grow slowly, absorbing the essence of heaven and earth.
Tea is selected from snow-covered buds on ancient tea trees, hand-picked by the H'Mong people of Nghe An in the early morning, when the dew is still on the leaves, preserving the purest flavor.
Shan Tuyet tea is processed using traditional manual methods combined with modern quality control processes. The tea is hand-roasted and the temperature is adjusted with the long-term experience of artisans, helping to preserve the color, aroma and characteristic snow layer of the tea buds.
